The superintendent has assigned the duties of District Site Base Decision Making committee chairman to me and will satisfy the requirements by creating agenda statements and facilitating the District Site Base Decision Making Committee meetings. Minutes of the meeting will be formally shared with the superintendent at the conclusion of each meeting. I have currently scheduled six meetings for the school year.
